1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of the SERGVPN Android application, the sergvpn.com website and related services. By using SERGVPN, you agree to these Terms.
2. The SERGVPN service
SERGVPN is an Android VPN application designed to automatically find an available VPN connection, establish a connection and switch to another available server when necessary. The service may depend on third-party networks, servers and infrastructure that are not operated or controlled by SERGVPN.
3. No registration required
SERGVPN does not require registration and does not create user accounts for normal use of the application.
4. VPN servers and third-party infrastructure
VPN servers used by SERGVPN may be operated by independent third parties. Server availability, speed, location, reliability and network behavior can change at any time. SERGVPN does not guarantee that a particular server, country or connection will always be available.
5. Acceptable use
You may use SERGVPN only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use SERGVPN to violate the law, interfere with networks or systems, distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access, abuse third-party services or infringe the rights of others.
6. Service availability
SERGVPN is provided on an as-available basis. Connections may fail, become unavailable, slow down or switch between servers. Maintenance, network conditions, third-party infrastructure or technical problems may temporarily affect the service.
7. No guarantee of anonymity
A VPN can help protect network traffic and change the apparent network address used for a connection, but no VPN service can guarantee complete anonymity, privacy or security in every circumstance. Users remain responsible for their own device security and online activity.
8. Advertising
SERGVPN may display advertising provided by Google or other third-party advertising services. Those services may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. More information is available in the SERGVPN Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services
SERGVPN may interact with or rely on third-party services, networks, websites, software or infrastructure. SERGVPN is not responsible for the availability, content, security practices or actions of independent third parties.
10. Intellectual property
The SERGVPN name, website design, application interface, original graphics, software and other original SERGVPN materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SERGVPN intellectual property to users.
11. Disclaimer
SERGVPN is provided without a guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SERGVPN is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from unavailable servers, interrupted connections, third-party infrastructure, user activity or use of the service contrary to these Terms.
13. Changes to the service
SERGVPN may modify, update, suspend or discontinue features of the application or website when necessary for technical, operational, security or legal reasons.

These Terms may be updated when SERGVPN functionality, third-party services or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.
